Please note:

-For the health and safety of all customers and their pets, and to ensure that each customer receives a brand-new, unused product, we cannot accept returns unless there is a quality issue with the product.

-Due to variations in color display across different devices, we cannot guarantee that all customers will see the exact same color. Therefore, color differences are not acceptable reasons for returns.


What if the item’s damaged when it arrives, or I was sent the wrong item?

-If your item is damaged upon delivery or we’ve missed something/ sent you the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours.

-If you fail to do so, We will not be able to solve the problem for you.

-Please attach a photograph/ video of the damage so our team can assess the complaint.

-Our team will evaluate your complaint and let you know the next steps.

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

-If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient is not at home, the delivery is refused or you have not been able to collect it from our delivery partner, the full amount will be charged.
